Can I get a new prescription or a renewal?
A doctor can assess requests for new and renewed non-controlled prescriptions. Prescribing depends on your clinical assessment and eligibility. There is no separate issuance fee; medication costs are extra.
Are lab and imaging tests included?
Appropriate laboratory and imaging orders can be issued during your consultation, with no separate issuance fee. The actual tests and imaging procedures are paid for separately.
Family or Family Plus: who is included?
Family covers the primary member and up to 3 eligible dependents: 4 people for US$ 49.90/month total. Family Plus allows up to 5 eligible dependents: 6 people for US$ 79.90/month total. Confirm dependent eligibility during enrollment.
